Online Sales Policy
PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE ARE FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
Sloan's Formals Return and Exchange policy applies exclusively to ONLINE PURCHASES. All online items marked as Final Sale, priced at $698 or higher, or designated as sale merchandise are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For returns, items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging. Any items showing signs of use may be subject to rejection, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
REFUNDS
If you're not completely satisfied with your online order, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery for a 15% restocking fee, or you can make a one-time exchange (this includes weekends and holidays, as we’re available 7 days a week). Please note that any return or exchange requests submitted after 3 days will be rejected. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to online orders; all in-store purchases are final.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you request a return label while filling out your Return Authorization Form, a $15.00 fee will be deducted from your refund.
To complete a return, please follow these steps:

Submit a return request here. Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from returns@sloansformals.com. Please do not return your item until you receive this confirmation.

Pack your item in the original bag or box along with your packing slip or invoice (this can be provided via email).

Write your return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package. Your return must be in transit within 3 days of receiving your return authorization number. Items not in transit within this timeframe will be rejected.

Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached in order to be accepted for return.
Once we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified via email that your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

EXCHANGES
Sloan's Formals allows one exchange request per purchase. If you receive your online order and need to exchange it for a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. If your exchange is time-sensitive due to an upcoming event, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to offer alternative options.
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

Fill out the return/exchange authorization form [HERE]. Be sure to include the dress style, size, and color you wish to exchange for in the notes section.

Return your original item in its original condition within 3 days of receiving your order, including the completed return/exchange authorization form in the package.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will either refund or charge you the difference, depending on the price of the new dress, and ship out your exchange.
Please note that returns and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday, and it may take up to 24 hours to receive a response regarding your request. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at returns@sloansformals.com.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed, altered, or canceled. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will offer you alternatives or the option for a full refund for that item.
Please note that we have no control over the sizing you select for your merchandise. To ensure you choose the correct size, please refer to the provided size chart. If you need to exchange for a different size, please follow the steps outlined in our exchange section above.

At Sloan's Formals, we take the security of our customers very seriously. To safeguard against fraudulent charges, we may review certain orders with our fraud prevention department. If your order requires additional information for processing approval, we will contact you immediately. We kindly ask that you respond as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any delays.
Please note that any order held for verification may be delayed until we receive the necessary information and complete the confirmation process. Orders can be flagged for various reasons, including incorrect or incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or a review of our return policy. Any shipping delays or required upgrades resulting from this verification process will be the customer's responsibility.
